Ovarian pregnancy has always been considered a rare gynecologic condition and is the most form of abdominal pregnancy.
Ovarian pregnancy occurs with the ovary and the corpus luteum, usually with rupture of the ovary and a massive hemoperitoneum. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult as the clinical findings are similar to those of tubal pregnancy, ovarian cyst and
other
pelvic disease.
